Our Team
With more than 20 years of experience, we will accelerate your emission reductions project today.
CO2Tech’s advisory value sits in its people. Our clients work directly with specialists who understand the full CCUS pathway — from subsurface assessment and storage declaration to MMV design, capture technology, stakeholder engagement and commercial project delivery.
This is not generic consulting. It is technical advice shaped by field projects, research infrastructure, regulatory experience and direct involvement in Australia’s emerging CCS industry.

Dr Matthias Raab

In his previous role as Operations Manager at the OITC, Paul developed his extensive experience in the delivery of large-scale CO2 storage demonstration projects. Paul led the research program for the Otway Stage 3 Project, where he pioneered the development of CO2 monitoring and validation capabilities that are cost-effective, high resolution, on-demand and non-invasive.

Dr. Max Watson
Max Watson is the Senior Manager for Technology Development at CO2CRC Ltd and is Australia’s Delegate for the Carbon Sequestration Leadership Forum, a Ministerial-level international climate change initiative. Max has over 22 years of experience in developing industry-relevant, low-emission technologies, including carbon capture & storage (CCUS) and, more recently, hydrogen storage.

Kwong Soon (KS) Chan
KS Chan is a low carbon solution expert and Chief Commercialisation Officer at CO2CRC. In his time with CO2CRC, KS has led the commercial development of CO2 capture and utilisation, including the development of novel hybrid solvent absorption, membrane technology, and managing multiple first-of-its-kind low carbon capture projects.

Dr Hadi Noroullah
Dr. Hadi Nourollah is a Senior Geophysicist with two decades of experience in the petroleum and CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) industries. He is best known for his work in low-emissions technologies and geological storage research and brings subsurface expertise across CO2 storage opportunity assessment, mature basin analysis and reservoir-scale evaluation.

Mitch Allison
Mitch Allison is the Operations Manager at the Otway International Test Centre, where he supports the safe, practical and reliable delivery of CO2 storage field operations.
